There is an ATM in front of Matahari at Kuta Square opposite the PT Central money changer, and it allows you to withdraw 2,500,000rups at one time. This was the highest amount, most ATMs were about 1,200,000rups. From fee point of view it was the best value at the Matahari one. The ATM is tucked around the corner when you stand in front of the grocery area it is to the right of the little coffee ice cream shop. HOpe this helps
