Hi the card limit per day is 6 Mill Rupiah which translates to a bit under $1000 AUD you also can not take that full ammount all in one go you have to usually do it in 2 Mill ammounts according to the machine and unfortunaelty a fee applies each time.You can visit the BCA Visa Card Bank which allows you to draw 10 Mill in one go across the counter for a 30,ooo Rp fee.(around $5).That can be a bit of a hassle going their but it is an option.Personally i would take cash and exchange it as needed and use your card as back up.
By the way the BCA VISA Card Bank is if I recall JL Raya Kuta NO. 45
