I SMS Bali for the normal price (orange).
It's the same with all phones as far as I know. You can SMS anywhere.
You have to remember the area codes and taking the zero's off though or it won't work.
Not sure about working from Bali though. Do they have international roaming? I'll let you know in a few weeks.
