I have used them on all our trips and had to claim last year for my illness and they were great. You have to have the Doctor put on the receipt what he was treating you for and the Doctor I had didn't do this and trying to get a fax back from the Clinic was a nightmare and I still haven't got it. Cover More just told me to send all originals and a letter explaining the problem and within a week I had a cheque.
