Cost of driver per day.

We would like to know what are the charges for a car with driver.
And if possible drivers recommendation.
We shall be ariving in August the 22nd for 18 days and we would like to see as much of Bali as possible, we shall be staying in Sanur, is it a good beach for swimming?
