First time to Bali in 20yrs - can't wait!! Family incl.2 older teens travelling soon. Can we take NZ notes to change or would it be better to take say $US? Any advice welcome about card use - bit afraid of ATMs gobbling cards. Would like to load up credit card and get cash out at bank if doesn't involve lots time/paper work.?How much should we allow/day for food/drinks? Advice welcome!
