Sorry you diddnt enjoy your stay at BGH we stayed there in Early June for 16days and loved it diddnt have the problems that you talk about and as far as the sewrage it happened to be stormwater overflow from the near by hotels if it had been sewrage we would of surely known about it as my hubby works on water/sewage here in Australia.maybe your expected 5 star which it isnt,so I think that you are being a bit unfair Damming it this way,We would stay there again and so will a lot of other tourist that we meet while there.So each to there one I suppose.I hope this trip doesnt stop you from returning back there.
and Iam sure the forum would love to hear some of your positive comments of your trip aswell.
