1st July to 21st July staying BGH
Requested rooms 3 months before hand. As said on this forum check out rooms before alocated, sure did, 2 adults and 2 children for 3 weeks and you get totally separate rooms, not connecting, problem as told by the Manager, is in Australia (funny a lot of other people had similar problems). Through out our stay at this hotel there seemed to be a LOT of complaints and they where not being looked after by the Manager or staff. In front of the hotel you had sewer running every where due to road works, people where walkng through bgh boundaries to get away from the stench and being splash by it, bgh tried to close the easist and cleanest route for who ever walked this way and also may it difficult for the guest that where staying at the hotel. Adrian? was caring, who said so????
Nice position and that is about it. Any comments, Location, Great, Manager,some staff I will not comment about. Everyone to there own comment.
