The main question is
1. Did you buy a full system or
2. an Upgrade.
If you bought a full system the have to format your drive and start again. Remember because these are copies of windows operating systems buying them in Bali is not a good thing unless:
1. You have a single computer and NEVER attempt to download any upgrades.
2. You get the upgrade code from microsoft. (at cost)
