as I'd stayed before and was curious to see how it's going. Renovation work is finished. I had no complaints but would agree with the above comments about music practice etc. Just get a room closer to the restaurant and that should solve it.
As for sunsets you'll have a little walk. We stayed at Hard Rock right opposite beach but got most of our sunsets miles away as we were always out and about anyway.
