We stayed there last year(family of 4 ) and it was ok. It is a fair old walk to the beach, but reasonably central to everything else. There was quite a bit of renovating going on ( last October )so it shud be a little quieter now.They have music practise in the evening so hope u don't get a room near that as we did!!!Very clean hotel and friendly staff, the only reason we are not staying this trip ( August ) is they wouldn't include brekky in the package.Enjoy
