We stayed in Lovina last year for what was going to be 5 nights but we left after 4. Definitely no surf fairly yukky ocean we thought. That could of been the time of year I'm not sure just looked really dirty.
I dont think it was the grey sand as we stayed in amed which had the dark sand and the ocean was clear as anything.
We didnt enjoy our stay in Lovina mostly down to the hotel we stayed at Aneka. Had lovely meals at Rambutan Cottages and we stay there anytime.
Lots of cheap eating in Lovina, recommend Warung Kopi, Jasmine (Thai Resturant).
It was very quite but not our cup of tea when planning this years holiday I got a resounding no from the family when I asked if they would like to spend some time in Lovina.
