Same sort of treatment - told that accom/flights were unavailable on requested dates - would have to shorten holiday - even though I live in Brisbane, contacted San Michelle Travel in Sydney, got the required accom and flights at $1000 cheaper than FC (Family of 3). Won't be going back to FC......
