Thankgod we will be in Bali, Yes your correct the Babi-Guling does have to be ordered in advance.

Milton goes to the market, selects the Babi-Guling, then has it cooked, he then goes back a few days later and collects it. Now when you have finished your meal, what is left over actually get shared between all the staff, so it is great there is no wastage. My only dilemma is what to have for desert.....
