I really wouldn't count on it.
I have been dealing with the phone systems here,
and it's like walking into a brick wall.
It's not a hotel thing,
it's a Telkom thing.
Can't even get in touch with AT&T.
I have tried from my private phone,
from Warungs,
from an office....
and no luck with toll free numbers.

But definately check with the hotel about rates.
PS. Bali Melia has an internet "cafe" so to say,
but very expensive compared to local internet cafes.
I think it was $1 US per 15 minutes.
