My advice, don't buy your ciggies duty free in Australia before you leave. A packet of ciggies in Bali cost approx 4,500 Rup = aprox 97 Australian cents. (Dunhill, Malboro Lights, Malboro Reds etc)

A far cry from Australian Duty free prices.

I normally stock up and buy a couple of cartons from Matahari Dept Store before I come back home.

Regarding bookshops check the archives as I remember reading info on this a couple of months back.
