cigarettes???

Does anyone know the cost of cigarettes in Bali. Don't know if it is better to buy Duty Free or from there. I smoke Winfield Ultra Mild at present.
Also are there book shops there?
Going to Bali first week in October and staying at Dynasty. Any advise for family with three kids 12 and under gladly accepted.
