Amanresorts "incidentals"??

I am leaving for Amannusa, dari, kila next week and I am looking for someone who has a good idea of incidental expenses at these resorts. Lunch, dinner, massage, etc. Obviously they are expensive but I thought a word from experience might be nice. Thank you.
