First thing I will say is "Just Beenthere" missed your point, and I do not want my comments twisted with his. What I will say is that we have a life that Balinese can only dream of. Just watch at your pool as they past along the beach staring (I don't mean the hawkers). Even the hotel staff never have a chance to enjoy the luxuries of the accommodations, let alone swim in the pool. So if you want to woo a women or any Balinese just share your time with them. Take them to dinner in restaurants that they would never dream of eating in and swim and relax at hotels that they would never dream of staying at or visiting. Money is money they see it everyday, they want it but it will not woo their heart, but a chance to share something that is so near and yet so distant is a nice change. Be careful though, they will be very nervous and uncomfortable about going into these locations. You must assure them that they have no reason to feel uncomfortable, that you can bring anyone that you want to your hotel or to the restaurant. So just share your time with a nice lady this will woo her just fine. And maybe the flowers will not be all that great because flowers are part of their daily life so this may not be as special as for other women. I can only guess on that part, but I think that would be the case. Even if you are not staying at a nice hotel just use the pool of one of the better hotels. Some even allow you for a small charge, but if you are a westerner they will never ask anyway... Have fun and enjoy these beautiful people that like and want our money. The same money that we want and strive for in our lives....
As for 'Just between the legs', There are a number of Balinese that dog you for your money, but you do a disservice to those that showed you kindness, and the most sincere smiles that you will see anywhere. You just need to be a little smarter so that you don't allow it to happen. In fact if people like you were a little smarter the locals would not be able to do it and we would not have people like you wasting time whining on the forum... Next time do your homework before you go. There is no need to get ripped off. Next time I will go with you and hold your hand.
