hi sue - I just wanted to thank you for all your contributions to the forum, we are planning to go in sept., as you did, and your photo site was a very nicely done site that shows much of the Bali that I want to learn about. I have only recenly discovered this forum and have learned so much already, my husband jests that we just read the forum and pretend that we've been there! (Key word - jests only!) Your tips and advice are so helpful for us all preparing to really enjoy Bali, I live in Hawaii and have high standards for paradise, but think I will find it in Bali. I appreciate so much your effort and time you've taken to share your experience with others!
Questions - How is the weather in late September? We are planning to maybe base our stay in Legion and explore out from there. I hear the shopping is better in Denpasar rather than Kuta, is this your experience? What village is the Sukawati Market by? Is a budget of $100 a day good? What things are duties charged on, Im ignorant in this area. Thanks so much again!
