Myself and a friend are going to Bali in October (from England) and staying in the Dynasty Hotel at Tuban. We are both male, in our mid twenties.

How far it is to Kuta and how to get there
Kids at the hotel?
Car or motorcycle hire. Prices? International licence required?
Good places to eat
Weather - humid? Rainy?
