Balinese men are very friendly and helpfull to most tourists. Unlike a lot of tourist destinations, the local men will and do not ''pounce'' on foreign girls, singles or else. Balinese men see foreign woman as inferior to their own kind, culture and religion. You have to be very naive to think that any more than1% of ''holiday romances'' will eventually turn into marital bliss (if that is your idea of a long term relationship , anyway). Remember that to marry a Balinese means converting to their customs and religions. Balinese woman spend an apprenticeship for the duration of their whole single life to ''qualify'' for marriage and cultural acceptance. Now figure it out for yourself!
