Help! Ubud place to stay

Help! leaving on april 26th and need a inexpensive $10-$15.00 per night place to stay walking distance to Ubud.

But it needs to be clean and with ceiling fans at least. Breakfast would be nice to have included as well.

Can anybody help me??
