Pemuteran & Ubud: Any Suggestions?

Hi everybody!
Leaving in 3 days to stay for 10 days in Pemuteran (Pondok Sari) and for annother week in Ubud (Pertiwi).
We plan to dive a lot with YOS diving center in Pemuteran...

Does anybody have any experience in theese topics? Any suggestions what is a must to do or what we should avoid to do?

P.S.: Special tip from a friend, what retourned a couple of weeks ago: "Hidden Paradise" near Amed must be like its name...
