We spent our honeymoon (10 days)at the Ritz in Bali. I'm a spa fanatic (from the NYC area) and I had three treatments. All amazing. Beautiful facilities. I had two massages (great) and a 1/2 day of beauty..which included being slathered with red clay (with spices..smelled like clove/cinnamon)..then wrapped in blankets (it got very hot)..then taken outdoors to showers and was slathered with a cucumber mixture then drenched in warm waters with fresh flowers ...then served ginger tea wrapped in a luxurious fluffy robe...can't beat it. Fantastic place (prices are same as in NYC). Don't know about Intercontinental or Four Seasons (quite frankly, both looked run down to me...only my opinion, of course). Go for the Ritz..oh, by the way..the buffet was incredible (fresh squeezed honeydew melon juice...wow...when will I ever have that again)!!
