Need Long Term Rental in Ubud Area

Does anybody know of a nice house in and around the Ubud area I can rent for 3 to 6 months for under 100,000 rp per day.

I've read the forum many times, but, haven't found any prices or places for long term rentals.

What about long term auto rentals, what can I expect to pay per month for a fulltime driver ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
