I became friends with a waitress in the restaurant out of Kuta. She said she made 100,000R a month. When I said to keep the change she said that it would go to the owner of the restaurant who was supposed to give it out at the end of the month. This however never happened. I started demanding my change at all restaurants then palming the tip to the person who deserved it.
