my husband got the so called "bali belly", turned out to be salmonela. There is no pill that you have in your bag that will deal with this.
YOU NEED ANTIBIOTICS. The best thing is that you don't take in any dairy produce. Don't also drink any water that is not bottled, take any ice, be careul of salad, but enjoy yourself!!
