I mangaged to get bali belly in my last days n bali, and don't ask me how i got it. I was in bali for two months, fine and then wham, i was crook. I tried Lomitol annd they are good for temporary relief but all they real do is plug up the germs inside you not fight them off. I hear SG tablets available from the apotik(chemist) are quite good. But it none of this works see your doctor straight after you get home and ask for a course of antibiotics, usually flagyl can do the job, it fixed me right up.
