If you ask about it there is an all inclusive price from Bali to the Gilis. It includes bus, ferry, bus on Lombok and ferry to the Gilis. It takes one day and maybe 2 if you miss the ferry from Bangasal. It's a long, long, travelling day. Better to fly!
