How To Read Exchange Rates

I was looking at the currency converter at http://www.bii.co.id/english/prices_rates/forex_rates.htm and really don't understand what I'm looking at. What do DD and TT refer to? What does NOTES refer to? This is the first time I've seen these terms used on a currency conversion site. Can anybody explain the basics of this to me?
