Smoking in Bali

Just got back and thought I should let everyone know that they have banned smoking in restaurants, bars and other public places.

Saw the postings below about enduring long flights to Bali without a cigarette (it's murder!!!), but then to get off the plane and be told the only place you can smoke in Bali now is Mt Agung or Batur (4 hours drive from the airport) and you can imagine how I fealt!

Best advice is if you like to smoke, go to Iraq or Russia where it's still (thankfully) encouraged.
