Best U.S.A./Airfare - 60 day Visa

Hi:
Does anyone know a good airfare US California/Bali/return for April - May 99? I understand there is a 60 day visa restriction. Is there a fairly easy/safe way to go out of the country at around 55 days and back in (thus securing another 60 days) without going to Singapore which I hear is a nightmare? Any suggestions?
