We stayed at the Grand Hyatt in November. We found it to be dated, poorly maintained, and the staff that was not very pleasant. In fact, the bed was the worst that I have ever slept on. It must have been one of the originals from when the hotel was built in the 70's. The Ritz Carlton, Hotel Nikko, or Le Meridian would all be much better choices. All constructed within the last 4 years. Bali is wonderful, but the Grand Hyatt is not the place to stay.
