Taxi/Transportation Fares in Bali

Hello, i was wondering if someone can tell me the approximate fares i'd have to pay from

1. DEMPASAR (Airport) -> KUTA
2. KUTA -> BENOA
3. BENOA -> UBUD
4. UBUD -> DEMPASAR (Airport)

Well thats my itenary :-) but as i've heard there is a lot of exorbitant charging i thought i'd get some idea about these fares.
