3 hours delay in Sydney for 'maintainance'. Sickenly loud crashing noises from below when rolling out. Hard to understand announcements. Dirty seats, TV screens filthy. Warm, old Bintang in plastic cups. Two hours delay on the tarmac returning from Bali with the cabin temp 40 deg C plus and they didn't hook up the aux power and turn on the air con. Strange tasting glunk with two day old rice for a meal. If they were half price you may consider putting up with all that but at the same money as Qantas, Air NZ or Singapore Air you can do much better. And to all you do gooders who will probably jump to their defense with flowery stories, get stuffed. If they wan't applause they will have to lift their game!
