Banana and/or Coconut Pancakes with palm sugar syrup - ask at the hotel you stay at if they are available for breakfast and seek them out at restaurants. These seem to vary considerably but haven't had one yet that wasn't delicious. As Barry said, the bananas are quite different from what we get in Australia, as is the pineapple.
Another interesting treat is Black Rice Pudding for breakfast.
My advice is to stay several nights at Andong Inn in Ubud and ask Nyoman for Indonesian breakfasts, or, better yet, take advantage of her cooking lessons at R35,000.
