My boyfriend and I are thinking of going to Maluku and Bali for January. Could anyone please give me cost estimates (in rupiah) for homestays or inexpensive, decent hotels (as well as the name of these places)? Also, what can we expect to spend each day on food, entertainment, accomodation based on your experiences? I have heard that it is better to stay in Ubud than Kuta, is this true? I am trying to figure out our budget so please give me as much information as possible to try to convince me to go. Thanks :)
