Someone at work has prompted this question.
Does anyone know if MSG is prominent, if used at all, in Indonesian cooking, particularly in Bali?
[Being an asthmatic, I was wondering if it might be a health issue that I need concern myself with.]
We leave for Bali on 12th November, and I am still a little bit scared of starting the countdown in earnest - it might just slow down the days, a bit like watching a kettle boil!
In the meantime, I shall just tune in several times each and every day to read all of the wonderful posts that appear on this Forum. My trip folder, which is full of posts from the Forum, will continue to get thicker by the day!
