We used the Legian Cyber Cafe alot (next to the Ketty Club). I seem to recall the price was 7500 rupiah per 15 minutes.
In response to the original E-mail above about finding out how a sick relative is doing in Australia why don't you just ring home. It is not that expensive (6000 rupiah per minute) and makes it much easier for those back home.
Alternatively get an E-mail address you can access from anywhere eg a Yahoo E-mail account - they are free - very useful.
