We found it very easy to communicate with our son at home using the cyber cafes.
The Legian Cyber Cafe charged 15000 Rp for 15 minutes. It was located in a street parallel to the beach 1 block back between Jalan Melast and Jalan Padma.
In Ubud the Cyber Cafe in Jalan Raya charged only 5000 Rp for each
15 minutes.
