The Money exchange, Just past customs-before exit, not the best rates in Bali but usually a lot better than you will get at home. We always take back a fist full of local loot for next time - but not a good idea with the droop of the rupe!
The Taxi (as described above)is the way to go, even for first timers, but if you are on a transfer package please let your pick up know.
