You will be able to get a taxi at the airport at the Taxi counter to your left as you exit. It will depend on where you are going as to what price you will pay. One thing to remember if you can get hold of rupiah before you go it would be handy as you won't have to change at the airport. Money changers at the airport don't give a very good rate. We stayed at the Dynasty Hotel in Tuban and we paid between 12,000 to 15,000 rps. But it is the cheaper way to go.
