Exactly where are these restaurants??

The following restaurants have been recommended time and time again on the forum, but exactly where are they? They are Gado Gado, Double Six, Poco Loco and La Lucciola. I would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction so we could try them out next month. Thanks. Kylie.
