2) If you look like middle aged college professors and
arrive at a time when many group tourists are waiting in
the arrival hall, you'll probably have no problem entering
Indonesia without a return ticket. If you have to buy a
ticket on the spot you don't necessarily have to use it.
You can always return it and get a refund.
3) You can check by telephone prices from all reputable
travel; agents. Look into the Yellow Pages.
