We also had the delicious pork at Linga Longa and were also impressed with the effort the boys went to in making the serving up as hygienic as I've ever seen in Bali. DELICIOUS. Love the guys at Linga Longa and if you have never been there, you should make the effort. The music is good, the staff are really friendly and it is just a great night. But if you go on Sundays, you also get to have the spit roasted pork which is a bonus.
