Have stayed here 3 times wifi is hit and miss in some rooms but if you sit in lobby it no probs. haven't used the baby sitting service so not sure what that is like . And yes you hire your pool towels from the shop in the lobby rp50'000 refunded when you take it back as long as you have receipt
