Hi all
A couple of families are staying at the BGH in January and we were wondering if anyone can tell us what the wi-fi is like?
Also, has anyone used the baby sitting service at the hotel and if so what was it like and what was the cost.
I've also heard that you have to hire your pool towels? is this correct.
