Gambling in Indonesia is illegal as I am sure you are aware. If you must gamble - please do it online. That way - they only person you are involving is yourself, and the only risk is that you either get caught or the betting company detect that you have placed a bet from a country where it is illegal and refuse to pay out.
TBH... if you cannot last your 2 week holiday without placing a wager then you'd be better off spending your holiday funds on rehab, than a trip to bali.
