Yes! Just cut up 4-5 pods and squish them down the neck of half a bottle of vodka.
For the first two months shake the bottle every week, then let it sit somewhere cool and dark for another month. Strain the contents and put back into the clean bottle to age for as long as you can stand. If you have an oak barrel it's even better :)
You can use it after 3 months, (be careful in cakes that need to rise, the alcohol can wreck this if you use too much).
If you can stand to age it for a year, it makes awesome Christmas presents when you decant it into small bottles :) and tie a little red ribbon around it.
